If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged item that has been reported within 48 hours of confirmed order delivery. Please keep in mind that our products are 100% natural and homemade in small batches. There may be minor variations in wax color.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of receipt and approval. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds will not be issued if:
the item is returned to us used or damaged
we have not received notification of your intent to return the item within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to you
